Orahbelle Return Policy

We want every mom who orders from Orahbelle to feel taken care of. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging, with the seal intact
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

If the product has been opened or used, we're unable to take it back — for hygiene reasons, since this is hair care made for children. We know you understand.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@orahbelle.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and the address to mail it to.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Packages sent without an approved return won't be accepted.

If Something Arrives Damaged or Wrong

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@orahbelle.com within 7 days of delivery — with a photo if possible — and we'll fix it right away, no questions asked.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Bundles where one or more products have been opened

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different product is to return the one you have (once approved) and place a new order for the item you want.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The product must still be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and email you to let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't seen the refund, email us at hello@orahbelle.com and we'll look into it for you.
